THE MONKAI TECHNOLOGY LTDA provides artificial intelligence solutions that allow companies to interact with their structured or unstructured data through APIs that can be integrated with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, email and other systems.

• Be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• Represent a legitimate business entity.
• Ensure that all information provided is true, accurate and up to date.

Use of Services

• Legal Compliance: You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Usage Restrictions: It is prohibited:
• Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers and networks connected to the Services.

• Pricing Structure: Details on pricing and subscription plans are available at https://bemonkai.ai/planos/ for the Enterprise model, while for the MONKAI LITE product it will be based on input and output token, taking into account the LLM model used.
• Payments: All payments must be made on time. Delays may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
• Exclusion of Damages: Under no circumstances will the MONKAI TECHNOLOGY LTDA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the services.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MONKAI TECHNOLOGY LTDA from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms of Service.
